Overview

ScanMadi is a QR-based restaurant ordering platform — diners scan a code at the table, browse a live menu, and order without waiting on staff.

The problem

Small restaurants lose covers to slow ordering and understaffing at peak hours, while off-the-shelf POS systems are expensive and rigid.

What I built

• Per-table QR flow that opens a menu with no app install.
• Real-time order pipeline from table to kitchen dashboard.
• Menu, pricing and availability management for restaurant owners.
• Checkout with online payment and order tracking.

Outcome

• Live product handling real restaurant orders end-to-end.
• Cut table-to-order time by removing the wait for staff.
